Wests Group Macarthur specialises in corporate function needs, inclusive of meetings, conferences, cocktail events, expos or even business luncheons. We not only provide the essential equipment for your corporate event to be a success, but there are also a variety of function rooms to choose from to accommodate for the smallest to largest business groups, as well as plenty of complimentary parking across the Group. 

Our Functions and Events Team can help you choose from our corporate packages or tailor a package to suit your needs, whether it is finger food, morning tea or buffet dinners. The Team are committed to ensuring your conference or event runs to plan. Our function rooms at Lakeside Golf Club Camden are situated off the main Club floor in quiet locations with their own outdoor terrace, garden access and bar. 

There are two function rooms at Lakeside available for hire, each with a different seat capacity to suit your needs.

  • Willow - capacity to seat a minimum of 50 and maximum of 80 
  • Coolabah/Willow - capacity to set a minimum of 80 and maximum of 180

If you are after a different style for your corporate event that Lakeside does not offer, Wests Group Macarthur offers a variety of function rooms at each of our venues including, Wests League Club, Wests tennis Club and Country Club Gledswood Hills.

  • Auditorium (Wests) – Minimum of 300 and Maximum of 550
  • Jacaranda (Wests) – Minimum of 150 and Maximum of 340
  • Waratah (Wests) – Minimum of 50 and Maximum of 150
  • Gardenia (Wests) – Minimum of 50 and Maximum of 150
  • Acacia (Wests) – Minimum of 15 and Maximum of 25
  • Eucalyptus (Wests) – Minimum of 15 and Maximum of 25
  • Acacia/Eucalyptus (Wests) – Minimum of 30 and Maximum of 40
  • Boronia (Tennis) - Minimum of 50 and Maximum of 100
  • Wests End Room (Country Club) - Minimum of 40 and Maximum of 70
